basic Needs and community programs

We help with temporary shelter and clothing for families that are displaced because of fires or natural disasters.  This is to include household supplies and items that are essential for survival.

We offer critical utility assistance, contingent upon available funds at the time of request .  Eligibility is need based and does require verification, although each case is unique.

COVID-19 has had a detrimental effect on everyone.  Although homelessness has always been present in our community, this pandemic has catapulted the number of homeless in our communities.

We offer a number of temporary solutions, such as hotel placement for displaced families with children.  We also offer food and other basic needs to the homeless/transient community.

For Over 20 years, L.A.M.P. has hosted an Annual Community Thanksgiving Meal to the entire community, regardless of need.
